In the past few years, economy recession had occurred everywhere.  This had caused many new economic problems to rise from minor to major scale.  Many banks including bank of America had found difficulties in running their economic activities but it is the small business and working peoples that received its effects the most.
This may be indicated by the increasing number of people that is using credit card to support their needs.  Most of the shops now had completed themselves with merchant accounts.  This is the kind of service that they provide in order to help people to buy their products using credit card instead of using cash.  By having this kind of service, shops may be able to get more customers to buy their products so they can maintain their sales and shops income.
Another problem that occurred during this recess is problems concerning home loans.  Since there are lots of people that are having difficulties in finding job, maintaining jobs and even some of them are jobless and become unemployment, this sudden problem had made them enable to pay their loan.  As a result of that, they will need surcharge to mortgage their house.  Of course, this is just a temporary way out for  them since sometimes even mortgage process itself had their own difficulties to take care of.
